Girrrrl, today we are celebrating a diva who has completed an amazing transformation since joining Fit, Fyne & Fabulous!  

Wow, after just 3 weeks (21 days on our sugar detox meal plans) Nicole has completed transformed!!

How did you feel about your body and your fitness journey before Joining Fit, Fyne & Fabulous? *

Before joining FFF, I hated my body and overall appearance. My self esteem was quite low before I started my healthy lifestyle journey with FFF.


How many pounds and inches did you lose with FFF, and how do you feel about your body and your fitness journey now? *

I have lost a total of 7 pounds, and countless inches!!! While the pounds have dropped, my self esteem grew! I am really happy with my body and overall appearance.


What is your favorite NSV or Non Scale Victory? *

I have a few NSVs:

My first is that my 9 year old son has taken an active interest in my healthy lifestyle journey. He enjoys meal prepping with me and keeping me on track. He was the first person to acknowledge my transformation.

The second victory is that I am down a whole pants size!


What is your favorite clean eating recipe you’ve learned while being a part of FFF? *

My favorite recipes are the ham and egg cups and the baked shrimp and broccoli!!!


What is your favorite fitness tip you’ve learned while being a part of FFF? *

My favorite fitness tip I have learned is to JUST MOVE! Any movement is better than just sitting.


Is there anything you would like to share with women who are on the fence about starting their journey? Anything you would like to leave them with, a quote or any final words of motivation?

FFF gives you all the tools, education, inspiration, and accountability you need to start or resume your healthy lifestyle journey. To whom much is given, much is expected!!!
