How did you feel about your body and your fitness journey before Joining Fit, Fyne & Fabulous? *
I was not happy with myself. I was embarrassed. I had started this weight loss journey several times and failed. I would set goals….start working towards them…then fall off track. This was a repeated cycle and I would beat myself up for failing.
How many pounds and inches did you lose with FFF, and how do you feel about your body and your fitness journey now? *
I am not sure how many pounds or inches I have lost. But, I have gone from a 22/24(leaning heavily on the 24) to 16/18. I am enjoying this journey. I have fallen in love with Kelli and learned to put myself first. I remind everyone don’t call me between 4:00-5:30p.m. That’s my gym time. I have learned that I am physically stronger than I ever imaged.
What is your favorite NSV or Non Scale Victory? *
My favorite non scale victory…..fitting into my first pair of 18 size pants that had no elastic in the waist. Another is a flipping an 175 pound tire in bootcamp. When my trainer got that tire….I figured I would never be able to flip it. But, I worked my way up to it. I feel powerful and that I can do anything….once I flipped it.
What is your favorite clean eating recipe you’ve learned while being a part of FFF? *
This a tough one……too many to name. I hated oatmeal before FFF. I am a southern girl…I grew up on grits. Overnight oats are so mummy. Baked okra, roasted brussel sprouts, turkey meat balls, and etc. I best thing I have learned is I can eat real food….but, just change how you eat it.
What is your favorite fitness tip you’ve learned while being a part of FFF? *
Drink lots of water. Get water wasted. I keep a gallon at my desk that I feel up everyday. Also, its important to devote an 30 minutes to an hour to yourself and don’t feel bad about it. This is hard as women….we feel guilty because we have 49 other things to complete…..but, give yourself that time. Its important!!You are worth it!!! Its OK to be a little selfish. I suffered from putting everyone first. I've learned to cook my dinner/meal prep and cook something else for my family. I look at menus before going out with friends. This way I… Click To Tweet
Is there anything you would like to share with women who are on the fence about starting their journey? Anything you would like to leave them with, a quote or any final words of motivation?
You are worth it!!! Its OK to be a little selfish. I suffered from putting everyone first. I’ve learned to cook my dinner/meal prep and cook something else for my family. I look at menus before going out with friends. This way I have my meal selected before we get there(save time and calories). Know that this is a journey…..you will finish the race. We might not all get to the finish line at the same time….but, you will get there. Also, don’t compare your journey to anyone else. Set small goals and celebrate yourself once you reach those goals
The diva coaches of Fit, Fyne & Fabulous would like to thank Kelli for her transparency and courage to publicly share her journey in order that it may inspire others to start on their own!!

I’m Nicole Twyman, a native New Orleanian, who has lived all across the US! Although, my small family of 4 currently calls Los Angeles, CA home. I am a proud 40+ year old mom of a wonderfully energetic and theatrical daughter, and a handsome, scholarly athlete!
While I have worked in corporate America as a certified senior project / program / portfolio manager for Fortune 500 companies like Microsoft, Procter & Gamble & IBM, my passion is service. It has always been my desire to live a life of service to others; which I took every opportunity to explore as an active member of many of my church’s ministries and of my public service sorority, Delta Sigma Theta, Inc.
Well, now I am over the top excited to have the opportunity to serve divas through my very own ministry, Fit, Fyne & Fabulous.
