Coconut Quinoa

Ingredients
  1. ¾ cup cooked quínoa, warmed (cook as directed on packaging)
  2. 2 Tbsp. canned coconut milk, warmed
  3. 1 tsp. pure maple syrup
  4. ¼ cup fresh pineapple chunks
  5. 1 Tbsp. chopped raw walnuts
Instructions
  1. Combine warm quinoa, coconut milk, and maple syrup; mix well.
  2. Place in serving bowl; top with pineapple and walnuts.
Notes
  1. So yummy!!! Add No Sugar Added Coconut Flakes for even more coconut flavor!
