I really want to thank you two and the other ladies of the accountability group! You have really changed my life and I’m so Glad that I finally stopped the excuses and DID IT! I compared these pictures this morning and started crying cause I never knew I was that large and that is sad. I always had so much confidence but now that I’m losing weight and becoming healthy my confidence is on 10000000000 ? So once again Thank You Nicole and Chasity for helping me and this journey MUST continue.

This is a lifestyle change divas, not quick fix!
