Can you Believe it’s the Final Day of the Challenge? 
“What’s Next For You? I encourage you to IMPOSE YOUR WILL SIS!!”


SOME OF US MAY GET SO DEFEATED THAT AFTER JUST 5 DAYS ON A MEAL PLAN THAT THEY AREN’T WHERE THEY WANT TO BE.  WHAT THEY ENVISIONED FOR THEMSELVES IS NOT LINING UP TO REALITY, AND IT DEFEATS THEM.

Don’t be that girl sis!!

LET IT BE KNOWN, YOU CAN’T JUMP TO THE TOP OF THE MOUNTAIN! IT’S A STEP BY STEP PROCESS OF IMPOSING YOUR WILL ON YOUR LIFE DAY BY DAY; MEAL BY MEAL; THOUGHT BY THOUGHT, HABIT by HABIT!

YOUR GOAL SIZE,
YOUR IDEAL HEALTH STATUS…

IF YOU’RE NOT WHERE YOU WANT TO BE, IT’S OKAY!!!! IT’S A STEP BY STEP PROCESS.  ARE YOU AT LEAST 1 STEP CLOSER???

EVERY – STEP – MATTERS, EVEN THE NOT SO GOOD DAYS OR EVEN WEEKS!!!! FOR, THEY GROW YOU AND CAUSE YOU TO LEVEL UP TO WOMAN YOU NEED TO BE TO ACHIEVE THOSE GOALS SIS. BE NOT DISMAYED WITH YOUR RESULTS. INSTEAD, REJOICE, THAT YOU ARE STILL HERE AND ABLE-BODIED & CONNECTED ENOUGH TO REACH THEM. IT’S NOT OVER UNTIL YOU QUIT!

    It’s no way you can watch Inky Johnson’s video and not be inspired. I’m in this for the long haul. I will not give up on myself, life is too short not to recognize every step I achieve to reach my ultimate goal. Living a healthy lifestyle is not a 10 day or 30 day process it’s forever. I’m a Fit, Fyne & Fabulous LIFER!! @coachtwy

  • IMPOSE YOUR WILL…BE THE CHANGE YOU SEEK…DON’T GIVE UP…keep pushing and pushing and pushing! Inky had me talking to my phone screen! Maintain focus on your goal/dream. Don’t be persuaded to stop if the journey becomes difficult.
    I won’t stop. I can’t stop! I will have an AFTER picture AND my “numbers” will improve, too.

    I love love the inky video. It was good to see it again. I left a review for on Amazon so you are one closer to 100. This was the first time of all of the challenges that I participated every single day because I am focusing on me. I enjoyed it a great deal and I am looking forward to the January challenge. I have paid for everything I thing I need to pay for to participate. @CoachTwy

    I enjoyed the weeks challenge, spiritual motivators and sister/partner accountability.

    I think its important to have structure. Thats imperative. This book is very much designed to kick start a DIVA in the right direction.
