Berry Blue Smoothie
Ingredients
1 1/2
cups
Plant based milk (I prefer coconut milk or water - NO DAIRY)

cup
frozen blueberries
1
cup
frozen zucchini
1/2
pc
avocado
1 1/2
scoops
vanilla (I prefer Sprouts Vanilla protein powder)
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth.
Pour into a glass and enjoy
Notes
(OPTIONAL) liquid stevia or monk fruit, to taste (BUT not needed in my opinion)
