Ingredients

chopped cantaloupe

thin slices

diced cherry tomatoes
juice of 1 lemon

red onion
chopped length wise

extra virgin olive oil

red wine vinegar

tbsp
chopped cilantro

chopped mint leaves
optional

garlic powder

tsp
paprika
1/2
tsp
red pepper flakes
Sea salt/pepper
Instructions
Chop up cantaloupe, onion, tomatoes and cucumber.
Combine all ingredients and mix. Adjust seasonings to taste.
Store in the fridge!
