It’s Friday, and we are feeling FABULOUS!

The last Friday of our Low Sugar Meal Prep challenge is upon us and look, look, look, what this diva did in just 3 weeks!!!!

  • We don’t eliminate sugar, we reduce it!
  • We Drink a gallon a day of water
  • We eat 5 planned meals a day
  • We do whatever exercise we want for at least 30 minutes 5-6 times a week.
  • We are partnered up with a success partner
  • We provide you with a encourager (coach)
  • We provide you with an online diary
  • You receive step by step video instruction
  • You receive emails to motivate you and they include option Diva Discussion assignments
  • Best of all we pray for your success with intention!!
  • Oh, and we award money for losing weight!!
