***WOMAN CRUSH WEDNESDAY*** I don’t usually crush on women, lol, but today I had to shout out Michelle Thompson Hart!!
In 21 days she lost 23.5 inches and 9 pounds! She lost more inches than days people!!!!!
We provided Michelle with almost 100 low sugar recipes. From those recipes we created a meal plan. She did her fav workouts 30 min a day and drank as close to 1 gal as she could.
I’m proud of this diva for winning $333 as our overall challenge winner!!! Congratulations!
