Ingredients

A few drops of lavender essential oil for relaxation

    A few drops of peppermint essential oil for refreshment

      Warm water in a basin / foot soaker

        1/2 cup epsom salt

          Instructions

          • Fill a basin with warm water (not too hot) to a level that comfortably covers your feet.
          • Add the epsom salt and eseential oils. Stir to dissolve the salt
          • Sit in a comfortable chair, relax, and soak your feet for 15-20 minutes
          • While soaking, close your eyes, take deep breaths, and let go of any stress or tension
