Slice up your smoked turkey sausages and turkey bacon
Put olive oil in your skillet in medium heat and once it heats up, add your meat
Once cook, set it aside.
Add onions in the same skillet and fry until golden brown
Add garlic and ginger
Add other vegetables.
Saute until slightly soften about 2 minutes
Add Your cabbage in and stir until cabbage is soften about 5-6 minutes
Add you Turkey sausage back into the pan and mix everything together (1-2 minutes)
Serve and enjoy
Notes
Turkey bacon is optional. You could also use real bacon 1-2 slices Don't drain the juices from the bacon and sausage keep them in the pan while cooking vegetables it helps with flavor.
