WELCOME TO DAY 4
“STAT-urday”


Recording how your body changes from week to week is imperative diva. I know it might be hard to face your fat right now, but trust in just a few weeks you will sharing your testimony! Listen I’m in this with you! I gained weight JUST to rock this journey with you and show you how, yes it’s hard, but it can be done, as a LIFESTYLE, not just for a challenge!

Take pictures and measurements in the same outfit, at the same time every week you can. Do so prior to eating or drinking anything. Normally I do this in my birthday suit, but didn’t want this to be that kinda video sooooo. I will be wearing this highlighter yellow weekly.  Follow my journey! WHERE’S YOUR MEAL PLAN?


So, did have you decided what meal plan you’re following next week? I posted my exact LOW CARB meal plan (recipes included with pics) in the DIVAhood! TODAY’S DIVA ASSIGNMENT


Diva Task #1:

Pull out your Healthy Habit planner (a free 1 week planner was mailed to you). Use the Stats template to record your stats. Watch my big girl video above and let me know you watched it in the comments below. Please share your thoughts about taking your own STATs. Remember you don’t have to share your numbers with me! I chose to openly share mine to motivate you! I hope you find my journey inspiring to your own! If you need a FFF measuring tape (click here), it’s only $4.50!


Diva Task #2:
If you didn’t complete this task yesterday, it’s time to do so! Use your meal planning template found in your healthy habit planner (click here to order for $10) to record the meals you plan to eat next week. Use your recipe book and the snacks above to create a meal plan for next week. I highly recommend NOT eating cheese with EVERY LAST meal.
