Breakfast Roasted Sweet Potato
Ingredients
- 4 sweet potatoes peeled and cubed
- ½ tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 2 teaspoons pink salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Toss the sweet potatoes with olive oil, smoked paprika, pink salt, and garlic powder in a large bowl until evenly coated.
- Spread the seasoned sweet potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with foil (sprayed lightly with cooking spray).
- Roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
- Serve and enjoy as a delicious, healthy breakfast side! Perfect to pair with lean protein like turkey sausage or eggs.
