Diva Task #1:

Comment below and tell me how your meals are today! Did you decide to go KETO or Mixed Keto (which is really just low carb). You can’t really do a mix KETO because how strict the diet is. You can’t eat carbs and call it KETO. You can do low card with some Keto friendly meals.

I would love to hear if this diva’s story motivated you! Take some time to think about what motivates you most queen! Then, do that often, VERY OFTEN!
