How did you feel about your body and your fitness journey before Joining Fit, Fyne & Fabulous?
Four months before joining Fit, Fyne & Fabulous (June 23, 2015), I was diagnosed with stage 2B invasive breast cancer (right breast) measuring 2.5cm in size. July 29, 2015 I had a bilateral mastectomy with breast reconstruction and five lymph nodes removed. The cancer cell removed turned out to be 0.8cm in size and there was 0.8mm found in one lymph node which is considered “none. “ The stage went down from being diagnosed as stage 2B down to 1B. All cancer had been removed. I did not have to have chemotherapy treatments, however I had to have 28 treatments (5 weeks) of radiation Monday-Friday. Prior to my diagnoses I was always active and enjoyed exercising and was participating with a runner’s camp training to run a 5K.

How many pounds and inches did you lose with FFF, and how do you feel about your body and your fitness journey now?
Since my participation with Fit, Fyne and Fabulous beginning 10/12/15, I have lost a total of 12.8lbs and 6 inches. I really feel great about my results and fitness journey thus far even though due to the radiation treatments exercising became very difficult and I was unable to exercise for about three weeks. I continued to follow the meal plan and was able to maintain my weight. Angela Side 12 Days
