12 Days of FITmas Transformations –> Day 1

Welcome to Day 1 of Fit, Fyne and Fabulous’ 12 days of FITmas!!

Let us introduce you to Mrs. Katie Williams!  Katie is the wife of a NFL trainer and the mother of a beautiful toddler, who after giving birth to her daughter, was READY to snatch her body back.
Fit, Fyne, and Fabulous provided a program that fit into her busy schedule, worked quickly, and provided daily 24 x 7 virtual accountability.
In just 10 weeks, Katie lost 18 pounds and a total of about 20 inches!!!  We sat down with Katie to learn what finally “CLICKED” for her! Check out her story below, and leave a comment of congrats to Katie!

What preventedIMG_4595 you from reaching your weight loss goals prior to joining Fit, Fyne and Fabulous?
Primarily excuses and finding a program that I enjoyed daily. I had tried other programs, such as P90X, and had temporary success but got burned out and didn’t have an hour a day to workout 6 days a week.

How did Fit, Fyne, and Fabulous help you get closer to reaching your fitness goals?
The daily encouragement is amazing! It is refreshing and uplifting to have a group of people around you going through the same struggles and successes.

Would you recommend Fit, Fyne and Fabulous to a friend? If yes, why?

Yes because iIMG_4591t is so easy to fall back into an old routine and excuses when you are working alone to reach your goals. However, having that support and encouragement is sometimes just enough of that nudge to convince you to get up off your bum and do something for yourself!

What has been your most rewarding NSV or “Non-Scale Victory” since joining FFF?
Having more energy is definitely the best part of getting on a good workout routine and healthy eating plan. Additionally, I love that I am able not only able to fit back into my pre pregnancy clothes, but they are too big!

Think of a day where you felt you wanted to give up on your journey. How did Fit, Fyne and Fabulous motivate you to keep going?

After a long day at work or a busy family day, sometimes it feels like it is hard to put my workout before other priorities. This group helps remind me that bettering myself through this program and lifestyle change will ultimately spill over into other parts of my life as well. The spiritual motivation mixed into the encouraging words always helps me find peace and motivation as well!

What would you say to a friend who was trying to decide between getting a trainer at the gym vs working out from home and getting FREE virtual accountability?

There is no comparison!!! A trainer is more expensive and takes a lot more precious time out of your day! I have done T25 and PiYo, as well as some Shakeology, and have seen amazing results. I may not always be the best with my eating but honestly I am not striving for perfection, but rather consistency through achievable goals.

What have you learned about yourself during your fitness journey thus far?

I have learned that through a little consistency and dedication and a lot of sweat and Shaun T, achieving my weight loss and inches lost goals are quickly coming into my sight!

What advice/tips would you like to share with others who are on the same fitness journey?
My first piece of advice is jump in and try it! You will like it! I have been active most of my life and have tried a variety of programs, but nothing compares to T25! My second tip is stay the course! If you falter at all, don’t beat yourself up or give up. Just jump back up and rededicate yourself. Use the motivation from the group to help reach your goals! This group gets behind each other and shares in the joys and victories as well as the struggles and heartaches.
