Welcome to Day 4 of Fit, Fyne and Fabulous’ 12 days of FITmas!!
10868159_10205499636556316_9173265336699441986_n Let us introduce you to Ms. Andrea Rogers!  Andrea is new to the group, but is doing so well with her progress! In less than a month she has already lost 9 pounds since joining!  That’s something to celebrate!!!  In fact just recently Andrea wrote of how she was running late for church, because the outfit she chose for service was TOO BIG!  Now that’s a good problem to have, and proves that there are inches falling off along with those pounds!!  Let’s cheer it for Ms. Andrea and learn more about her journey below!!

Would you recommend Fit, Fyne and Fabulous to a friend? If yes, why?

Definitely! Encouragement from others is great motivation


What has been your most rewarding NSV or “Non-Scale Victory” since joining FFF?

I wore a dress Sunday that I hadn’t worn in a couple months, and did not need the shape wear!

Think of a day where you felt you wanted to give up on your journey. How did Fit, Fyne and Fabulous motivate you to keep going?

I was really tired one morning due to occasional insomnia snd wanted to sleep in but knowing that my partner and the group expect to see the daily pic was motivation to stay on task

What would you say to a friend who was trying to decide between getting a trainer at the gym vs working out from home and getting FREE virtual accountability?

It’s so much more convenient to work out in the comfort of your own home. And the group has a great system of motivating and encouraging

What have you learned about yourself during your fitness journey thus far?

Vanity is a great motivator! !

What advice/tips would you like to share with others who are on the same fitness journey?

Stay on task. The biggest journey starts with small consistent steps
