Oh honeyyyyyyyy, you didn’t know there were 5 seasons of the year? Yup girl, in between Winter and Spring comes: Valentine’s Day, Girl Scout Cookie month, and our beloved Easter Sunday! Each of which comes stocked with pounds and pounds of, SUGAR!!!!
So let’s keep it real divas!!! Winter, SUGAR, Spring, Summer & Fall are our true 5 seasons of the year in this country!
Be aware of what you consume based on advertisements that appear all around you during Sugar Season!! Be on guard divas, Summer is too close to ruin your progress because of those cute little girls in green :). They know who they are – no need to name names. Watch yourself; don’t get caught up! LOL!
