    Let me just say this detox with the ladies of FFF was the best decision I made on my healthy journey. My results are amazing…..in six days I lost 13.5!?? The detox was truly doable because of the different varieties it offer!! I can’t wait to see what the remainder of this challenge holds for me

    The Sugar Detox works y’all!! I have been with the Divas of FFF for a little over a year. I lost 35 pounds & got stuck. I found myself gaining & loosing the same 4-6 pounds over & over. Well… The detox gave me the kick start to move forward & reach my current weight of 150 pounds!! Wow!!!?????? Getting to 150 was my goal for the entire challenge ? Time to set new goals!!!

    I’ve done a sugar detox in the past, but I think because I also came off of all processed foods at that time, the withdrawal was serious business. This time, though I had some headaches I didn’t get groggy and moody like before. It was nice to see the weight change in a week and I’m hopeful about what will happen in the weeks to come!

    Yes I love that I was able to stay full while losing weight the healthy way. I was truly amazed and so glad that I joined. I mean I have a way to go but been able to fit clothes better and feel lighter. This is just the beginning so I’m excited to see what will happen in week four!

    The sugar detox is the bomb!!! I was really surprised when I stepped on the scale and having lost 8 pounds in five days. Not to mention that I did not do any exercise in those five days. I am looking forward to the weeks to come and shedding more pounds for a healthier me.

  • You never realize just how much sugar you consume, either deliberately or not, until you cut it completely out of your diet. Better yet, you never realize how addicted you are to it until you go cold turkey. This wasn’t the easiest plan for me to follow, but I stuck with it as much as I could and lost close to 7 lbs in a week. Despite a couple of pitfalls, I’m looking forward to the next several weeks of the detox.

    I never considered myself a sugarholic but this week taught me that I eat a ton of things that contain sugar. Most are considered healthy but I ate them in excess. I lost 7 lbs in 6 days! I noticed the biggest difference in my belly, which is my problem area. I can’t wait to see the following weeks’ results.

    The plan truly does work! When you fail to plan, you plan to fail! There were alot of hurdles ( work) that I didn’t plan for and I failed. But I have a wonderful support system in this group that let me have my moment but didn’t let me stay in that moment. Thanks Jennifer Riddle and Danielle Irving for giving me uplifting and motivationall talk to continue on this journey. Anything in life that’s worth having will not come easy. I’m learning this every day! Love FFF!

    FitFyneFabulous is the place to be with all the support from coaches and your partners. I joined the group last year weighing 199lbs wearing a size 16. Now I’m a size 9/10 weighing in at 171.8lbs. The program 21 day fix gave me a jumpstart but with the FFF group I couldn’t have done it without them. The challenge I’m in now is The Sugar Detox Challenge and it is the BOMB! I weighed in at 179lbs on 2/14/16 and 171.8 on 2/20/16. Whoop Whoop! I lost 7.2lbs in ONLY 4 days. I wasn’t on a liquid detox diet to lose it either. It was REAL FOOD!! My goal is to get under 170lbs and I will get there with a positive mindset. Come join an AMAZING group with all the support you can get. We can do this together!!! ???

    I am really happy with my results. I’ve known for a while that I was falling off by eating too many carbs and giving in to my sugar monster. Well this detox week showed me how damaging that can be. I lost 8lbs and 3.15 inches in 7 days. And this is only the first week of the challenge. I’m excited about what will happen by the end of this.

    The detox helped me push past the norm. I usually never lose more than 1-2 lbs in a week and this week I almost doubled that.     This detox was a great jumpstart to my new goals. It’s amazing how you think your living the fit life only to realize that I had too much sugar in my diet. The detox was attainable, I ate 5 meals a day, dranked my water and lost 6.6lbs. I have decided to continue to add meals to my diet w/no more than 9grams of sugar. With the positive response from my body I know I can reach my goal weight.

  • I was super skeptical about the sugar detox because I thought I needed rehab to break my sugar addiction. In one week I lost 5 lbs and it was my TOM! Thank you Jesus for Fit, Fyne and Fabulous and this awesome meal plan. Ironically I kept thinking it was too much food. I’m looking forward to each week to ensure I’m getting FYNER by the day!

    I am a HUGE sugar head! Sugar is so addictive. Sugar apparently has been holding this fat on me!! The week 1 plan allows so much food!! Sugar seems to mask your body’s need for the nutrtion of real food. I’m going to choose food over that sugar fix from now on! I’m loving my results so far!

    I learned so much while being on the No Sugar Detox challenge. Everything has sugar in it. While during the challenge I was able to sleep better; have more energy; and my skin was glowing. In one week I lost 8 inches.

    This was the boost I needed. I started this challenge 6 weeks after having major surgery. I didn’t know if I would be able to complete it. My coach Elaine Smith encouraged me all the way. Once I eliminating sugar, I had so much energy and my skin never felt better. I truly enjoyed this challenge.

    Thanks to this ministry for the helpful menus and hints on how to maintain weight loss. Also for the encouragement from Elaine Smith who mentored me while on this journey. I did not lose weight, but maintains same weight as 4 weeks ago, also loss a few inches. I plan to rejoin the group later this year. Thanks again ladies

    I am very thankful to Nicole for introducing this group to me as well as the support from the other coaches. However this challenge I am most grateful for my partner, Elaine Smith and my awesome encourager Mea, who relentlessly kept me on my toes and helped me NOT GIVE UP! I must admit I have never done a sugar detox challenge before and truth be told I have NEVER finished a challenge, not to mention winning a FitPot of $200.00. Joining FFF has been one of the best decisions I have made in my life and not because of winning the money but teaching me how to prepare and eat cleaner meals and proving to myself that I AM IMPORTANT and I can and should take care of myself too, spiritually, mentally and physically. I will be completely honest and say the challenges are NOT EASY for me but because of you guys, I will NEVER give up on me again. I will always be a part of this group NO MATTER WHAT.     This past 7 days have been great. I lost 8lbs in 7 days. The meals were good. I did get tired of eating spinach and eggs. But I knew it was for my good. I found that we prepare for everything but not our meals. Even though it took me 4hrs to meal prep for the week. I got so excited to just pull my meals out of the refrigerator everyday and not have to think about what I was going to eat. I love to eat out and this prevented me from eating out. I saved money and I ate healthy! LOVE MEAL PREP! I am onto my second week and we have more meals. My husband is going to eat the meals this week. And it took me 7 hrs. But it is all worth it. Because we don’t have to come up with what we are going to eat for the week! FFF is a blessing to me. I was going to join Nutri-System then I changed my mind. Because God had a plan and this group is perfect for me. I love writing out a plan. I stuck to it last week. And starting this second week, I made sure I wrote a plan. I am a winner and I am victorious! I also love the support, encouragement and tips.

    These past 7 days have been a challenge but I’ve learned a lot about myself and am soooo grateful for this group. Not only have I lost weight but I’ve lost inches. I look forward to the group’s accountability. When I think about skipping exercising or wanting to put something in my mouth I shouldn’t, I think about how am I going to explain this to the group and I don’t! My goal was to lose at least 10 pounds and get out of the 40’s…guess what, I DID! Now to strive to get out of the 30’s by the end of this challenge and STAY OUT!. I’m reviewing my goals and rewriting them. Focusing on getting my mind right for week 2 and preparing for my meal prep. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.     This challenge has helped me realize I have a sugar addiction. My mood has not been the best and I thank God for an understanding family. I know in order for me to be successful I have to look at the bigger picture. Weight loss is a lifestyle change. This change is not needed for a better outer look but healthier inner body. My family suffers from high blood pressure, diabetes and heart disease. I’m choosing to stare those diseases in the face and say not me. Although the elimination of my daily Dunkin Donut Mocha Iced Coffee, has been extremely hard. I love me more and I will continue my fight to be Fit, Fyne and Fabulous!

    This is an amazing program with amazing coaches! I am so glad I made the decision to participate because I lost 7 lbs in one week! I was on the fence about what the menu options would be; but, to my surprise, everything was tasty and I can see myself continuing these options after the program.     This is my 2nd fighting sugar challenge with FFF. The first time around I lost 15 lbs and 21 inches. There was a 2 week break before this challenge and I maintained my weight. This time around I’m not losing as quickly but losing inches. I tend to lose inches more quickly than weight. I’ve learned in the group that it’s ok and not to be a slave to the scale. I’ve been in other groups but this has been my favorite and I have and will tell everyone about these wonderful ladies and their ministry.

    It is a blessing to have been a part of the Sugar Fight challenge. It allowed me to learn, exercise, eat right and be a better me, all with the support of other amazing ladies. My awesome coach Gigi along with the other coaches, encouragers and partners have helped me to understand that this is truly a lifestyle change and there’s no easy fix. I understand more than ever that with time, work and dedication along with the willingness to dust yourself off and try again when you fall, I can accomplish amazing things.     I know it’s not Thursday, but I’m am truly Greatful for Fit, Fyne, and Fabulous Group!! The Coaches and Encouragers are Amazingly Awesome giving me the tools that are essential on this journey. I now have the confidence that was lost years ago. I’ve learn how to prepare healthy meals me and my family.     I tried alot of different weight loss programs but could not maintain them. I was starving myself. I saw Fit,Fyne, and Fabulous on Facebook and took a chance. Truly one of the best things I did for myself was sign up. Meeting people working toward the same goal ( lose weight) that was encouraging you through whole process was great. Food plans that was realistic and the activities such as Collage Party helped build relationships in the group but motivates you to do best on the plan. It’s fun, informative, and promotes maximum weight loss. Realistic program.

    I have been truly blessed with this sister(Diva)hood.
    I had no idea of where to start or how to begin again in this journey to becoming healthy and fit. I’ve always been a big girl, so I became complacent with that train of thought, until I realized my health was ruined from it. The Sugar Detox New Year New Me JUMP January 2017 Challenge changed me in more ways then one. In 21 days of following and sticking to the fabulous, delicious plan, I lost 21 lbs, by the end of the thirty days I had lost a total of 22 lbs. I had tried So many times and failed but this time it clicked. I never felt deprived, shamed or alone . I gained part of my self esteem back, sisters in this journey and a sense of direction of my life to a New Me in this New Year! I am truly thankful for FFF!

    FF&F has changed my life. I feel fantastic about the progress I have made to become the new me. The support of this ministry is just leaves me in Awe!!! The friends that have been made is like none other….we sometimes chat all day if necessary. There’s nothing like meeting others from all over the world who shares your same struggle and goals.     I am truly grateful and humbled to have joined such an elite ministry such as Fit Fyne and Fabulous. From day 1 I was welcomed into a community of sisters/Divas who share the same struggle that I experience daily. With the wonderful support of the DIVA coaches I was prepared for my 30 day detox challenge. Nothing is ever easy when youre trying to break a cycle that has been going on for years. With the encouragement, of my coaches and my accountability partner I was able to start a plan and stick with it. I am so excited to know that the plan along with the encouragement worked. I lost weight and inches and my weight loss journey has begun. I had to learn that each diva’s weight loss journey is different and to just work the plan.I am excited with the results and ready to continue losing inches and pounds one day at a time.

    This 2017 sugar detox was amazing. It allowed me to see even more where sugar hides in items I never would have imagined. This is the second challenge I’ve completed and I am so glad to have been in the company of such great women and partner Lanicia McNeil. The plan was easy to stick with and hunger was never an issue. I am thankful for finding FFF and how it has changed my life. The group has ended my yo-yo dieting and has gave me a lifestyle change which will allow me to live a life with my family. I am thankful for the Coaches, who encouraged each of us on every step of the way!

    FFF help me get back on tack .I joined the free challenge and 21 days sugar detox. The meal plan and education is what I needed and reminder focus on one thing you want to change. Consistent habits change behavior , the scale is not my friend , Drink my water, Protein , low carb , Veggie . Say no to wheat . My favorite meals was Cilantro Lime Salmon & Rice , Salsa Burger, Banana pancakes, Eggs & Berries, and Smoothie. I like simple quick and tasty meals each week I was given that . Thank you FFF for helping a Backsliding Bae find her way 😊
