Guilt Free Banana Almond Muffins
No flour, No grains, all natural, clean eating guilt free muffins!

  1. 2 bananas
  2. 1 cup of all-natural almond (or preferred nut butter)
  3. 1tsp of coconut oil
  4. 2 large eggs
  5. 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  6. 1 tsp baking soda
  1. Pre-heat your oven to 400 degrees
  2. Grease muffin tin lightly with coconut oil
  3. Add all ingredients to a blender
  4. Blend until smooth and combined well
  5. Pour batter into prepared tin
  6. Bake 13-14 minutes
  7. Let cool & enjoy!!
  1. For added flavor, you can add fruit to the muffin tin after pouring the batter blueberries or even banana slices are good.
  2. You can also add chopped pecan, almonds or cashews to the muffins
  3. Be careful not to add too much more... Guilt free eating ๐Ÿ™‚
