DIVA ASSIGNMENT

  1. Watch the video from Inky above, leave a comment below to let me know your thoughts on what you watched. Be mindful that the divas who come behind you may NEED YOUR WORDS of reinforcement. So be thoughtful in your response of what you’ve watched

  2. Submit your stats via the app, if you haven’t already.

  3. Build your meal plan, if you haven’t already. If your results aren’t what you expected. I recommend you go back to week 1 or use the NEW detox plan that was provided in the book. Another option is to take either of the plans and replace ONE meal with a NON-SUGAR DETOX meal.  If you would like 1:1 help with building your meal plan. Please inbox me Nicole Dyer-Twyman on FB.

  4. Create your grocery list and head to the store for what you need. Post in the group and tag your partner with a pic of your groceries.

That was soooo powerful! Success starts in our minds and when you continue to grind and believe in yourself, you will see the fruits of your labor. I AM MOTIVATED! Thanks for sharing!

These inspirational video do the most in the best way. I didn’t have a good week food wise. The scale says I gained a few. But, since I’ve started the challenge, the new habit that I built was working out without my trainer. Now, I’m craving workouts daily and constantly thinking about different ways I can incorporate keeping my body in motion. So, I’ll focus on that instead of the few pounds.

I had a good week, down 3lbs and down 1% in body fat. But I still did not achieve my daily water goals or exercise goals. I still have a ways to go but I trust the process

WOW! WOW! WOW! WOW! IKNY just took the “I” out of “I can’t.” He took the “I” out of “It’s too hard.” He took the “I” out of “I QUIT” . He just took the “I” out of “It’s Impossible.” He took the “I” out of “I’m going to fail again.” Inky, just blessed me even more. This was very motivating. It makes me want to keep me pressing even more towards my weight lost goal and life in general. Thank you for sharing!

Love this video! First, reaching your goal is a journey. I have maintained my health thus far because I commit to the process. Sometimes I don’t hit the mark, but I make certain that I hit the mark mire than I miss it. Second, that look he described in his mom’s eyes that motivated him, I finally found it in my own. I used to look in the mirror and see what I would describe as emptiness. Excuses, self-doubt, etc. Now, I see courage, confidence and encouragement from the Lord. Whenever I feel like I can’t do something like run a bit, I tell myself my body is my temple and on loan from God. And I push myself to do what I thought I could. Sometimes out goals have to be realistic. I had to learn that food, water and sleep are what lose the unwanted weight. Exercise is wonderful, but it can’t fight what I put in my body and the time I allow my body to process what I put in. Give yourself some grace and commit to the long haul.
