I lost weight and gained this month due to lack of consistency.

    1. My biggest accomplishment was meal prepping and actually eating the meals I prepared every day. Also, I made healthy snacks that I enjoyed.
    2. Drinking 128 ounces of water every day.
    3. When I have to out and about I don’t want to use public bathrooms. So I need to increase my water intake when I return home.
    4. I feel good about my progress. I’m maintaining healthy health numbers, my weight & losing inches

  • Vanessa McNorton says:

    1) My biggest February Accomplishment was buying healthy identified groceries, using the products to meal prep. and eating the meals I prepared and not over or under preparing for the 3 days…Also eating No chocolate or desserts and Claiming my 21 Day Sugar Detox Committment.
    2) Getting water in while sitting co-keeping a 4 full day Zoom Training and not having to get most of my water in after 5…thinking about late night bathroom trips. My exercising was off due to fatigue after traings.Realized needed to get up even earlier before trainer chechins to get some exercise in ,including morning stretching.
    3) Time is available in the A.M the next 2 weeks,to get up and move more. Joined a Health Club..bringing gloves and going when people volumes are low.. Focusing on treadmill endurance and planning to do free weights at home.
4)You know I am very proud of myself the food prep has been good and I am focused on what I’m eating.Dropped into Trader last week and looked at the Big dark chocolate bar and kept moving. I use to freeze it and break up in pieces and eat bits at a time .
The weekend did not set me back and I was not fearful..I ate what I needed to eat that was healthy and heart healthy. GOT GOALS!

  • Krista Dickerson says:

My biggest accomplishment was continuing to lose weight through all of the obstacles in my way. From a sciatic nerve issue to Snowmageddon in Texas, I was still able to lose weight.

I struggled with getting enough water. In March, I will be more focused on drinking water and getting my workouts in, even if it’s just walking.

I’m feeling really good about my progress so far. I’m further than I was last month and plan to continue working hard and soaking up as much knowledge as possible.

  • Carolyn Johnson says:

I am new to meal prepping so I have to pat myself on the back. For the small things I accomplished. Didn’t. really get the concept until now. I am preparing more healthy meals and staying away from sugar. I am stepping up in March prepping, exercising, meditation and drinking plenty of water.

  • Tamara Burns says:

Getting focus to start was difficult but now I am eager to see change. I am determined to be more intentional on the healthy low carb foods I will eat each day.
