I’m Nicole Twyman, a native New Orleanian, who has lived all across the US! Although, my small family of 4 currently calls Los Angeles, CA home. I am a proud 40+ year old mom of a wonderfully energetic and theatrical daughter, and a handsome, scholarly athlete!
While I have worked in corporate America as a certified senior project / program / portfolio manager for Fortune 500 companies like Microsoft, Procter & Gamble & IBM, my passion is service. It has always been my desire to live a life of service to others; which I took every opportunity to explore as an active member of many of my church’s ministries and of my public service sorority, Delta Sigma Theta, Inc.
Well, now I am over the top excited to have the opportunity to serve divas through my very own ministry, Fit, Fyne & Fabulous.
I enjoyed this video. I will use it this week as I meal plan and prep. I will use it this week as I make decisions.
Self-love is Self-discipline!
I’ve watched this video before and I was happy to watch it again. The more motivation we take in, the more determined we can be to complete our goals. There’s nothing like reinforcement (and a gentle kick in the butt) to ensure success!
Lots of truth telling in this video! I do let my feelings get me in trouble because I’m an “emotional eater”.
I typically choose the pain of regret over the pain of discipline. This video is inspirational and motivational for making better choices!
This video was amazing. What I learned and what I learned about myself this week is I can do this I have the discipline and most important SELF LOVE!!!! I love myself enough to take on this challenge and I had the discipline to succeed.
Thank you so much DIVAS for all of the support, encouragement and great food pictures.
I will choose the pain of discipline over the pain of regret. This video was timely and will continue to self discipline into week 2.
Discipline and self love!! I love myself to make better choices for my body
Transforming that mind is everything! Knowing and believing you can do something should spark the energy to move. I love Will’s commentaries. They’re simple, basic and applicable.
Powerful message and just what I needed today. I woke up with a mindset of persistence and focus. Meaning that I’m pumped about my overall success this week and I’m looking forward to continuing through that focus. It will take a lot of discipline and I’m committed to giving it my all.
Making choices to promote self-love takes discipline. Discipline will be my focus point this weekend and upcoming week. I can’t allow a small success this week, allow me to loosen up on my routines and planning moving forward.
Thanks for this word!
Self Discipline is Self Love!! That’s my new mantra for my continued journey. I will be successful in meeting my goals by the end of this and continuing with what I learned to keep going!
I lost 3 pounds and 3 inches from my waist in the last 5 days only meal prepping with the divas of Fit, Fyne & Fabulous!
OMG! So much truth in that video. I must start with changing my mind and then my environment. As simple as potato chips. I was using the excuse my daughter would want them. Discipline is not buying them!
Self discipline = Self love ❤️
Self control = Self love ❤️
My behavior towards myself must be all about self love, self respect and self discipline!
Your mind controls it all! Once you discipline yourself you can accomplish ANYTHING! That’s my testimony!
This video helped me see that my self-love and discipline towards personal decisions is not as up-to-par as I like to believe. I dare myself to do better.
Good Morning! Having a positive MINDSET involves making wise choices, being disciplined, and exercising habitual behavior will help me accomplish my goals.
I’ve completed Day-5 of the 7 Day Challenge. I’ve lost 4 pounds. 2 inches around my waist. Yes, I can!
I learned that self discipline is everything! I learned this past week that I can be self disciplined even to some degree in my chaotic life. I also learned that goals are attainable when you discipline yourself and focus on the prize!!
