LOL, okay, okay that made no sense, but I am truly GEEKED to see your results today!!

Girrrrrrl, I saw you working it and twerking it all week long! Meal prepping, high fiving your partner, sparkling with your workouts, asking questions, glowing and flowing and growing!!!!

Let’s keep that same energy, no matter what that scale, them pics and that measurement tape says today!

Sooo, here’s a little motivation to GET COMMAND OF YOUR MIND!

Because baby, it’s one thing I know for sure is where the mind goes, the DIVA follows. So, let’s keep that mind game STRONG sis!

  1. Watch the short Will Smith video above, share with me below your take-a-way from this message. How will you use this today and into next week sis? I wanna hear from you in your own words, so drop me a dime diva!

  2. Measure yourself, weigh yourself, take your front side and back pics. If you’re struggling with pics, ask for help! We got you!

  3. Record your results in the app sis! Remember I’m the only one who can see your entries, and this is a safe place for transparency, no judge nor jury here, just support and love!

  4. Turn to page 42 in your book, record your stats there for your own personal record there.

  5. Now, if you feeling really good about what you’ve accomplished, take a fabulous pic of yourself (or even your team collage if you like) and write on top off it “I lost _____ pounds and ____ inches in the last 5 days only meal prepping with the divas of Fit, Fyne & Fabulous!” Post it in our Big group (click here) and on your personal page, and tag me, IG and Twitter or welcome just tag me.   6. It’s STATurday and Grocery Shopping Saturday. Grab that meal plan you made yesterday and make a grocery list of all the items you are missing. Head to the grocery store. The grind continues sis!! Tomorrow we meal prep, so grab them groceries sis!

      I’ve watched this video before and I was happy to watch it again. The more motivation we take in, the more determined we can be to complete our goals. There’s nothing like reinforcement (and a gentle kick in the butt) to ensure success!

    Lots of truth telling in this video! I do let my feelings get me in trouble because I’m an “emotional eater”.
    I typically choose the pain of regret over the pain of discipline. This video is inspirational and motivational for making better choices!

    OMG! So much truth in that video. I must start with changing my mind and then my environment. As simple as potato chips. I was using the excuse my daughter would want them. Discipline is not buying them!

    My behavior towards myself must be all about self love, self respect and self discipline!

    I’ve completed Day-5 of the 7 Day Challenge. I’ve lost 4 pounds. 2 inches around my waist. Yes, I can!

    I learned that self discipline is everything! I learned this past week that I can be self disciplined even to some degree in my chaotic life. I also learned that goals are attainable when you discipline yourself and focus on the prize!!
