How did you feel BEFORE joining Fit, Fyne & Fabulous?
Before joining the group, I was unhappy with myself and the way I looked as far as my body was concerned. I joined the group because I decided it was time to make some changes in my life. I knew I was way overweight. I had been trying to lose weight on my own. And I did, 5lbs here and there but gain it back loose it again, etc. I needed help.
Since joining the group, I feel much more confident about myself and what I’m capable of. The challenge for me has been about so much more than just losing weight. It is truly a lifestyle change.
Oh that’s easy, it’s looking in the mirror and liking what I see.
My next steps are to continue on to the next challenge, and the next to achieve the health goals that I have set for myself.
