How did you feel about your body and your fitness journey before Joining Fit, Fyne & Fabulous?
I joined FFF in November 2014. I had been on a roller coaster ride with my weight, going up and down due to inconsistency with exercise and diet. I was ready to accept being over 40, tall and fluffy was it for me!!!

How many pounds and inches did you lose with FFF, and how do you feel about your body and your fitness journey now?
Since joining, I have lost over 30 pounds and countless inches! I look forward to my daily sparkle pics, and feel as if I’ve missed a part of my day if I have to skip a day without working out! It’s like the feeling of leaving the house without earrings or your cell phone! (Ladies understand that feeling! Lol!!)

What is your favorite NSV or Non Scale Victory?
There are many NSVs that I recall, from needing new belts, bras, and undies, to having shoes slipping off (yes, even my feet shrunk! Lol!) But the moments that made me feel best were when my 21 year old nephew and 19 year old son both noticed the transformation after being away at school. They each, on separate occasions, asked a simple question – “You’ve been working out?” Those 4 words spoke volumes for me!!

What is your favorite clean eating recipe you’ve learned while being a part of FFF?
My favorite clean eating item are egg muffins. I’m the queen of simple cooking, and it doesn’t get any simpler than an omelet in a form of a cupcake! Grab and go breakfast!

What is your favorite fitness tip you’ve learned while being a part of FFF?
The most important tip I can give is to be patient and consistent. Your journey is YOUR journey. Be inspired by others’ successes, but don’t be discouraged if it seems they are losing faster. Every body is different, so once you find what works for you, stick with that method and tweak it as necessary.

Is there anything you would like to share with women who are on the fence about starting their journey? Anything you would like to leave them with, a quote or any final words of motivation?
It’s never too late to begin. An image I saw a few weeks ago resonates with me — Losing weight is hard, maintaining weight is hard, being overweight is hard. Choose your hard! JOIN OUR NEXT CHALLENGE (CLICK HERE)
