Today, we are so very thankful for this Fit, Fyne and Fabulous journey! We say journey because each of us has made a decision together to eat clean and workout to build healthy habits and FYNE bodies!
We are thankful for making a commitment to ourselves to eat clean and treat our bodies right! Y’all know that it’s not always easy, but we are even thankful in advance for the not so easy days!!!! Everyday on this journey will not be easy, but it will be worth it.
Sisters, we challenge you today and every day to be thankful in EVERYTHING….
This means, of course, to be thankful when you’re killing your meal prep, your sparkle, your hydration and your rest!

Great reminder in loving yourself no matter what your body looks like. Our bodies don’t make us but our mindsets can make our bodies line up with what God’s word says about us. We are fearfully and WONDERFULLY made. Prayer is a necessity on the journey of being healthy. I’m thankful everyday to be given a chance to line up with His word for me.

I am guilty of talking negative about myself because of my weight gain, because I somehow equate that with being unloveable. It’s nothing anyone said or did, it’s internal and I’m working on this. I can say that since I started this 12 day prep-mas I have not say anything negative about my body. This was a great reminder that I should love myself no matter what – ideal weight or not! Thanks!
