    Wow and Wow!! This cleanse has been such an awesome learning experience. I was introduced to foods I would’ve never eaten like tofu, creme of coconut and Asian noodles. I received a wealth of information on what combination of herbs can be used to treat all that ails ya like cramps, boating, constipation….. And…I’ve lost weight!! Now that’s a Win-Win!!! I would strongly recommend you to give it a try!

    The Cleanse Challenge was a perfect way to get me out of the rut. I wasn’t sure that I would enjoy the food and would have to force myself to eat the food. Boy was I wrong, the food was delicious and always a winner for me β€œit was easy to prepare.” I’m not as bloated, sleeping better and my stomach doesn’t feel like I’m weighed down with a lot of food. Thanks for providing an opportunity for me to try something different.

    Omgosh this cleanse was a great jump start. The food is so good and good for you! I had a few rough days with headaches and being grumpy but my body was changing for the better and letting out the toxins. One of my favorites was the black bean burrito. I can’t even describe how good. Also, the carrot ginger soup. I’m going beyond the 7 days and pushing myself because I can do this!

    I thought this challenge would be difficult especially without my chickenπŸ˜‹But the guidance, support and quick responses to my questions quickly gave me the drive to keep going!     The cleanse was EXACTLY what I needed to get myself back on track after Thanksgiving! When I initially heard “cleanse” I thought it would be mainly a liquid diet, smoothies, etc. but boy was I wrong! Jovanka’s recipes were sooooo delicious, definitely will be repeaters in the future for me. My favorite recipes are the Tropical Green Smoothie and the Pad Thai…and I went a full week without eating any meat! Yes you may have withdrawal symptoms in the first few days but it definitely gets better! Looking forward to the next week.

    At first I was hesitant to participate in this cleanse, but decided I would. When I started prepping the meals, I thought how am I going to be able to eat this food? OMG, the food was so good! And, I enjoyed the huge variety of recipes from which to choose. I loved the stew and soups! Even my family members liked the dishes. I didn’t even miss not eating meat!
    I plan on continuing to try more of the recipes and continuing using the tools I learned during this cleanse.

    God knew the cleanse was what I needed for a mind shift. This cleanse helped me to focus on changing my mind about food and how I treat my body. My goal was to change habits more than losing weight. Goal accomplished βœ”. So excited to continue the journey and experience more long term success. I was happy I got my husband on board and we will be continuing together. 😁 I even looked over the cookbook to see what new recipes to do for this week. We both loved Loved LOVED the corn chowder. That recipes was bowl licking good.πŸ˜‹ And so the journey continues…..

    I loved the cleanse and will be continuing. My body needed the reset. I have finally reached the point where I know that it; some rough days(flu like symptoms ) but I trusted the process. I encourage anyone who needs to get back on track or jump start your healthy journey to join.

    I’ve been dealing bloating, gas and stomach aches; and nothing I’ve tried has eased the pain. On the 3rd day of the cleanse, when I finally shared what I had been dealing with, I learned what herbs to use to soothe my stomach. Herbs a now a part of my daily routine.

      I’m very glad I participated in the vegan cleanse. I can’t say that I loved every recipe I tried but I can say that I have tried dishes that I never would have on my own. Though I dont plan on being a vegan, I can say that I plan to incorporate plant based days in my menus. I will also continue to expand my plant based repertoire with the cook books Jovanka recommended. They arrived today!
