- 10 sprouts, halved
- 2 tbsp 100% organic Grade B Maple Syrup
- Salt & Pepper to Taste
- 1/2 cup cooked wild rice (can sub brown rice or Low Carb Cauliflower Rice)
- Drizzle of 100% Organic Peanut Butter
- Pre-heat your oven to 400 degrees
- Toss the sprouts in a mixing bowl with syrup salt and pepper
- Arrange sprouts on baking pan lined with parchment paper
- Bake for 20-25 minutes
- Remove sprouts from oven, let cool.
- Add cooked rice to bowl, add cooled sprouts, drizzle with peanut butter
- Enjoy diva!

Everyone in my house loves this brussel sprouts! We even had them as one of our sides for Thanksgiving! They are THAT good!
This was a delicious way to eat some Brussels sprouts! This would be a great side dish for Thanksgiving!
