Basic Maple Syrup Brussel Sprouts Bowl

  1. 10 sprouts, halved
  2. 2 tbsp 100% organic Grade B Maple Syrup
  3. Salt & Pepper to Taste
  4. 1/2 cup cooked wild rice (can sub brown rice or Low Carb Cauliflower Rice)
  5. Drizzle of 100% Organic Peanut Butter
  1. Pre-heat your oven to 400 degrees
  2. Toss the sprouts in a mixing bowl with syrup salt and pepper
  3. Arrange sprouts on baking pan lined with parchment paper
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes
  5. Remove sprouts from oven, let cool.
  6. Add cooked rice to bowl, add cooled sprouts, drizzle with peanut butter
  7. Enjoy diva!
