  1. 4 slices of Rye, or Ezekiel bread
  2. 8 Tbs. ricotta cheese (2 Tbsp per slice)
Topping ideas
  1. tiny drizzle of raw honey
  2. crumbled pistachios
  3. chopped walnuts, pecans, or almonds
  4. freshly grated cinnamon
  5. banana slices
  6. organic blueberries
  7. organic strawberries
  8. organic raspberries
  9. pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
  10. sprinkle of chia or flax seeds
  1. Spread ricotta cheese on a piece of lightly toasted bread.
  2. Add your favorite toppings - create your own combos!
  1. Enjoy
  2. You can substitute cottage cheese or plain Greek yogurt for the ricotta
