  1. 1 kiwi
  2. 1/2 lemon, juiced
  3. 1/2 cup greek yogurt
  4. 1 handful of spinach
  5. 1 tbsp. honey
  6. 1 tsp. coconut flakes
  7. small handful of blueberries
  1. Blend everything but the berries and coconut flakes until smooth.
  2. Pour your smoothie into a bowl and add toppings
  3. Options
  4. Sliced banana *optional*
  5. Fresh blueberries
  6. Coconut flakes
  7. Sliced kiwi
  8. Low-sugar granola
