Every Sunday in Fit, Fyne & Fabulous we share a prayer to help guide us thru our week ahead. To remind us, that while being consistently healthy may appear hard, but ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE with HIM who is able to keep us from FAILING / FALLING! Amen divas? Please read today’s FFF Spiritual Moment below!
Welcome to our FFF Spiritual Moment by Coach Liz!
Strongholds
The spirit of overeating and/or habits is a stronghold. It is called Gluttony.
A compulsive eater often gets to the point where she is actually unaware of some of the food she eats, overeating has become as natural as breathing (eating past full or eating when you are not hungry).
Our gluttony seeds began by sowing into the flesh. We end it by sowing into the spirit. Click To TweetWe need to make two important choices:
1) Make this a spiritual intervention in our physical world by “coming” to Him.
2) Become inwardly and outwardly “obedient” to understand what Jesus would do and want us to do.
Seeing that this battle is spiritual, WE WILL WIN IT! First comes inner healing; then comes outer healing, that is the weight loss. Only after our inner healing, that awful, constant, nagging urge to overeat is gone will we see the outer healing.
We are challenged to sacrifice unhealthy behaviors. This is how we begin to sow spiritually. Use your faith to accomplish this spiritual intervention.
Luke 16:10 He who is faithful in what is least (daily periods of sacrifice) is faithful also in much (total weight loss).
The more faithful you are in the small decisions, the more faithful you will be in the big ones. God will supply the power, but we must supply the will.
Matt 17:20-21 If you have faith as a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, Move from here to there, and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you. However, this kind does not go out except by prayer and fasting.
Prayer – My God we are winners, we are more than conquerors! Hallelujah! Thank You Lord for Your word and Your consistency to show us week after week that we can depend on You for our victories. Lord we come to You right now asking You to help us make some sacrifices in our daily walk. We have picked up some unhealthy behaviors. We come against that right now. We want to sow healthy habits into our spirits. Guide us, move us, speak to us, show us, keep us! When we walk in Your will, it is rewarding. When we make a left turn, we see the manifestation of our waywardness. Father we need You to intervene on our behalf so we can Win this battle. Give us a willing heart and mind to succeed. Heal us mentally so we can release the stronghold of gluttony right now from our spirits! No weapons formed against us shall prosper. We will no longer over eat, over indulge or eat to just eat. We will focus on eating to live and not living to eat. We declare and decree it right now in the Name of Jesus! Thank You Father for Your saving grace! We give You all the glory and the praise! These many blessings we pray in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit! AMEN!

As I pursued every thing imaginable, I came across this wonderful Ministry in April 2016. And I have not turned back since.
