Getting Connected
1 Corinthians 12:26 And if one member suffers, all the members suffer with it; if one member is honored, all the members rejoice with it.
We are all in this journey together. We are all making sacrifices in our households and at work just to create a better you. So it is imperative that you connect with your partner and your coach. Success happens when we support one another! If one member is suffering then we all suffer, but when one member is uplifted then we all are lifted.
It is time to share in this experience together! We will have trials and tribulations, but your partner and/or coach may be that person to bring you through! So don’t sleep on your help and support!
Prayer – Father we come to You right now giving You all the praises and the Glory! Thank You for the support that You have ordained for us in this challenge! Let us not take it for granted what You have planned for us. May we help one another and support one another during the entire challenge. That there will be no lack or disturbance in our group. Align everything according to Your will and plan. Help our support system to be stronger than ever! May we have plenty of rejoicing moments within our group challenge! Iron Sharpens Iron! May we excel in it! Keep us lifted up during every hiccup! Keep us encouraged! Keep us focused to do Your will! Thank You Lord for Your divine purpose and will for our lives! We ask these many blessings in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit! AMEN!

I’m Liz Prince a former military brat. Currently, I reside in University Park, MD with my wonderful Husband, Rodney and two handsome sons, Jalen and Jordan. Currently, I work for NASA Goddard Space Flight Center for the Data Management Team. My passion for being healthy started with my own battle in 2009. I felt a strong desire to conquer this battle. As I pursued every thing imaginable, I came across this wonderful Ministry in April 2016. And I have not turned back since. I was asked to be apart of the team and it has been so rewarding to help others get healthy and remain healthy.
