Loving Yourself
Love is always talked about when loving another person. There are three important ways to express agape love:
1. Respond Calmly to difficulties – In calmness we can think more clearly and choose to love.
2. Sacrifice without complaint – We fulfill requests beyond our limits for love.
3. Wait Patiently – We remain hopeful as we wait patiently for others we love, using the power of agape love.
Let’s dig deeper: The Holy Spirit’s work in our life empowers us to show selfless and sacrificial devotion to the development of another person. In that way, we become people who respond calmly, patiently, and without complaint.

Let us love our own selves just as much as we give love to others. Let’s try speaking calmness, patience and delight into our lives. We deserve it! Our loved ones can’t get the best of us if we aren’t taking care of our own selves.
So let us stop right here and have a WOOSAH moment! I am worthy! I am able! I am capable! I am strong enough! I will no longer procrastinate! I will exude the power of love for myself! I will take care of me! I won’t stop! I will persevere! I will rest in His promises! I will! I can! I am successful! I am victorious! I am patient! I love myself unconditionally!

Prayer – Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we come to You right now asking for forgiveness. Help us to forget the former things and not dwell on the past. You love us and we are going to start today by loving our own selves. We are going to nourish and cherish our bodies as You did in creating it. When the storms come, we shall remain calm in Your love knowing that You will never leave us nor forsake us. When we have to make sacrifices to do the work, we won’t complain. We will make a way out of no way for our own selves with Your strength and love to carry us through. When we don’t see the results as fast as we want, we will start to exude patience. Because love is patient and love is kind. We are a work in progress. It is not for us to know the times or dates the Father has set by His own authority for everything to happen! So we ask You right now Lord let thy will be done on earth as it is in Heaven! Hallelujah! We magnify Your Holy Name! We worship You! We Glorify You! These many blessings we pray and ask in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit! AMEN!
