Who is Anxious?
Me! Me! Me! Me! Me! Yes we want these pounds off now! Not later! Ain’t nobody got time for that!
Huh? Wait? What is it that you don’t have time for? Oh, taking care of you!
So losing weight in a consistent healthy way doesn’t matter? Hmmm…never thought about it like that.
What would life be like with those unhealthy pounds off? Satisfying, Rejuvenating, Spectacular!
We go through this yo-yo period each and every day! But we already know, it is all about exercising our faith! I know, I know…that other food tastes so good. I can’t give that food up. I don’t like this or that.

Sometimes we don’t have the courage to do what is good for us.
Romans 8:28 (NASB) And we know that God causes all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose.
Prayer – Father, thank You for yet another day! We give You all the Glory! Lord give us the courage to do what is good for us and not become anxious. Your word says, be anxious for nothing but by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving make your request known and the peace of God which transcends all understanding will guard your heart and mind through Christ Jesus! God You are working this thing right here together for our good. We love You Lord! We have been called! There is purpose for us right here in this life to become healthier and stronger! There is healing to be done! We need Your help in exercising our faith. Faith is the assurance of things hoped for and the conviction of things not seen! We trust You Lord! We have made mistakes but You continue to keep us! We love and thank You! God thank You for holding on! Help us to not lean on our own understanding any longer. In all our ways acknowledge You and You will direct our paths. Make our crooked paths straight! Hallelujah! In the mighty name of JESUS! We give You all the Glory! We give You all the Praise! We ask these many blessings in Jesus Name AMEN!
I’m Liz Prince a former military brat. Currently, I reside in University Park, MD with my wonderful Husband, Rodney and two handsome sons, Jalen and Jordan. Currently, I work for NASA Goddard Space Flight Center for the Data Management Team. My passion for being healthy started with my own battle in 2009. I felt a strong desire to conquer this battle. As I pursued every thing imaginable, I came across this wonderful Ministry in April 2016. And I have not turned back since. I was asked to be apart of the team and it has been so rewarding to help others get healthy and remain healthy.

The rollercoaster for me starter in 2005. i am blessed to say i still come a mighty long way from a size 26. i am encourage to still press because i know i win.
