Lentil Lime Salad

  1. 1 cup cooked green or brown lentils (cook using instructs on package)
  2. 1 medium carrot, shredded
  3. 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro
  4. 1-1/2 tsp seasame oil
  5. 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
  6. Bragg Liquid amino and pink salt to taste (optional)
  7. 1/2tsp ground cumin (optional)
  8. Herbal seasoning(optional)
  1. Combine lentils, carrot, cilantro, oil, lime juice, Aminos, Salt, cumin, and seasoning blend in a bowl; toss gently to blend. Cover and marinate in the fridge for 2 hours before serving
