Let us share a few facts about “Ty”, as we affectionately call her:
- She has lost 31 lbs and 29.5 inches (and counting)!!
- Ty shared, “Prior to joining Fit, Fyne & Fabulous, I was the queen of fad diets honey. Listen, I was taking B12 for energy, and even tried, Adipex, Atkins, and Weight Watchers. I desperately wanted to lose these pounds!! My weight was up and down with these programs, but with FFF I was able to reach my initial goal weight of 170. Sooooo, I set a new goal weight of 160; and I achieved that goal as well. Today, I am working hard towards my 3rd goal weight of 145! I’m confident that I have the tools to make that happen!!!”
- After her first accountability group with us, Ty has since shared, “Joining FFF has been a positive step toward my fitness goals! Being a part of a group of ladies with the objective of building relationships through friendly competition, daily motivation, sharing tribal fitness knowledge and sharing how to balance it all – has been key! The best part, however, is knowing my goals are attainable!!!!! I CAN do this at home; on my own time – no trainer or gym needed!!
- Ty has gone from a size 16 to a size 8!!! Just absolutely AMAZING!!! Hats off to Coach Ty, because now she is helping others achieve their goals as well!!! <3

Coach TY! Coach TY! What can I say except, Fit, Fyne and Fabulous! You definitely live up to the group name and are so so obedient to what God has you to do. I know because you are such an inspiration to me and others. When I joined this FFF, you latched on to me as if you had known me forever. Well, I must say, “I am forever grateful for you and that God allowed our paths to cross in such a HUGE, LIFE CHANGING WAY! You are definitely someone’s Shero……. MINE! CONGRATULATIONS, DIVA!
