Still eating that packaged oatmeal that’s laden with sugar and preservative!! Here’s a “clean” option that is just as quick, tastes even better, and without all the fattening sugar!! Of course it’s 21 Day Fix approved: 2 Yellows, 1 Purple
What you will Need:
- Mason Jar
- 1 cup of Oats of your choice (I prefer Rolled Oats vs. Steel Cut)
- 2 Tbsp. Pumpkin Puree
- 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk
- Peaches or fruit of choice (not pictured & optional)
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1 tsp 100% pure Grade B Maple Syrup
The Preparation:
- Add all of the Fab Ingredients to the mason jar
- Seal the Mason Jar
- Refrigerate Mason Jar Overnight (“Overnight Oats”)
- Grab your jar before heading out to work! Mix the ingredients before consuming hot from the microwave or serve cold straight from the fridge!

OMG the Overnight Pumkin Oats is a very good and intriguing snack! The pumpkin and peach taste together leaves your pallet totally satisfied! This is one of the things I eat when I’m having a sweet craving!
