Our 10 Day Meal Prep Challenge is off to an amazing start, keep that same energy sis!!

I’m here as you guide to help you get started on and complete your journey. 
Before you start Day 3’s Assignment, make sure you have completed Day 2’s Diva Assignment (click here).


It’s the day every Fit, Fyne & Fabulous diva loves! Today is the day we review the meal plan, Sis!  Here are some points NOT TO MISS!

  • SUGAR DETOX – the meal plan provided in the book is a Sugar Detox. If you are addicted to sugar, some divas (not all) experience sugar withdrawals that start on day 2 and last 2-3 days.
  • 5 Meals a Day –  the meal plan includes 5 meals per day. Most divas eat 4 of the 5 meals per day; and, some even eat only 3 meals a day.  Use this week to determine what works best for you. Start with 5 and adjust based on your level of hunger and your schedule.
  • CUSTOMIZATION –  use the book to choose the meals that speak most to you. The Meal Plan starts on page 25.
  • FAQs-  read the FAQs starting on page 96 to learn more about what to drink and what foods to avoid next week.

Intermittent Fasting is NOT required to gain great results from this challenge.  IF should not be used if you suffer from eating disorders, and if waiting or delaying eating leads you to binge. 


Diva Assignment #1:
Read the meal plan starting on page 25 of your book. Create your custom meal plan by updating the meal planner you posted yesterday with your preferred meals.  If you have questions, (click here) to access our online Help Desk. If you have more questions, ask them in the comments below! I will answer them ASAP! You can also watch this video for more of an explanation:


Diva Assignment #2:
Compare the ingredients of your preferred meals with what you have on hand. Add to your grocery list on page 24 any ingredient you need to purchase.
Turn to page 95 and read the FAQ section of your book to better understand what foods to avoid and what to do if you’re still hungry!  You can also find that here on the help desk site (click here)


POST YOUR MEAL PLANNING TEMPLATE found on page 28 of your planner OR on page 25 of your book (with your newly added meal times and newly selected meal choices) and your newly created grocery list in our Fit, Fyne & Fabulous Facebook group (click here). Don’t forget to tag your partner! Tomorrow is grocery shopping Saturday! You joining us?

Diva Assignment #3:

I’ve spent the last few days focused on PLANNING for a great week of healthy eating next week using this book!  I’m excited because today I planned what I will eat AND when I will eat it all while taking into consideration previously scheduled meetings and events.     No questions this is my favorite plan the sugar detox! I need this and am excited because I KNOW it works! Have to fit in a dress I bought in July that’s a 6 it fits but now but not as good as it did then.

    I’m READY! Mistakes may happen, but Quitting Is Not An Option. Grocery shopping in the morning, meal prepping begins on Saturday!
