It’s STAT-uuuuurrrrrrrday! You know what that means right? We are recording the beginning of our testimonies today.

It’s the day every Fit, Fyne & Fabulous diva hates, but eventually grows to love. Today is the day we take before pics, measurements and weight.  Here are some points NOT TO MISS!

  • Ladies we are keeping it all the way REAL today!  So, let’s face it, the best way to see your progress is to document it! When the scale doesn’t show it, trust your pictures!!Today’s orientation topic covers taking BEFORE and AFTER stats and pics. Quite a few divas shy away from taking before pictures, but let me be the first to tell you BEFORE PICTURES will be your best friend in 4 weeks!!
  • In fact, your BEFORE PICTURES will be your testimony!! Yup, in just 1 month, if you follow the plan, your body WILL change!  Sacrifice your pride today and document your body as it is, RIGHT NOW. In 4 weeks, it will be your TESTIMONY of how far you have come.  

    Please take before pictures seriously.  Be sure to ONLY WEAR a bra top and shorts (NO TSHIRTS ALLOWED)!

    WE DO NOT SHARE YOUR PICTURES WITHOUT CONSENT. IN FACT WITH THIS FREE CHALLENGE YOU KEEP YOUR OWN PICS! NO NEED TO SUBMIT THEM!  This is an important part of your accountability!   Take the pictures Anna Mae!

    YUP, I am asking you to STAND IN YOUR TRUTH, and FACE YOUR FAT!  We are facing the enemy together, and letting her know, “IT ENDS TODAY!!!” (in my Iyanla voice)   

    Divas please believe,
    You can’t defeat what you refuse to face“.  


  • TIMING – make sure to record your stats BEFORE you start eating on our meal plan (which is scheduled for Monday).
  • Record your Before Pics –  (click here) or use the instructions in your book on page 33 for a guide on how to take your pictures. If you are alone in your home (click here) for more guidance on how to take before pics.
  • Measure all the areas identified in the book –  (click here) if you need a fabulous measuring tape that locks in place and allows you to easily record your measurement. Don’t forget to use your 15% off promo code!


Make sure to record your stats before Monday morning! Do not start eating your plan and losing weight WITHOUT taking your stats!  By the way, STATurdays are also a grocery shopping day!


Diva Task #1:

Now, if you are new to Fit, Fyne & Fabulous, and haven’t started the meal plan, and have already submitted your stats in the app, you only need to record them now on your planner. Enter the same stats you entered into the app in your planner (if you want to keep your planner updated).  Use page 19 in your planner, and update your STATS on the page called “Body Stats”.  Enter your stats on the row labeled, “Start”.

Don’t be afraid, no one will see your pics, but Coach Twy. There’s one thing you must do for yourself in order to start and finish this journey; and, THAT IS FACE YOUR FAT in order to DEFEAT IT!!  If you have more questions, ask them in the comments below!
