| How did you feel about your body and your fitness journey before Joining Fit, Fyne & Fabulous? *
I felt very depressed about how I allowed myself to get to this weight. I didn’t feel good about myself. |

| How many pounds and inches did you lose with FFF, and how do you feel about your body and your fitness journey now? *
I have lost 50 lbs with FFF. I feel overall great about my body! This journey is process of getting my mind in link with being healthy and not sinking back to my old ways of coping. For anyone who knows me I don’t like running, I actually enjoy it! It is about choosing to be healthy each day sometimes it is meal by meal! |
| What is your favorite NSV or Non Scale Victory? *
When I actually put my skirt on from my feet instead of over my head!!! The little things in life mean so much more when I can do them again!!

| What is your favorite clean eating recipe you’ve learned while being a part of FFF? *
I absolutely love the cauliflower fried rice.❤️️❤️️❤️️. Chinese food is one of my favs, I don’t feel like I am missing anything when eating it!! |
| What is your favorite fitness tip you’ve learned while being a part of FFF? *
Do something you enjoy, because you will stick with it. I live riding my bike, I feel so care free doing it!! |
| Is there anything you would like to share with women who are on the fence about starting their journey? Anything you would like to leave them with, a quote or any final words of motivation?
Do it for yourself!! Because you are so worth it. We have no problem as women to fight for our love ones. How about fighting for yourself because you are worthy of truly loving yourself❤️️❤️️❤️️❤️️ Do it for yourself! You are so worth it!! Click To Tweet

I’m Nicole Twyman, a native New Orleanian, who has lived all across the US! Although, my small family of 4 currently calls Los Angeles, CA home. I am a proud 40+ year old mom of a wonderfully energetic and theatrical daughter, and a handsome, scholarly athlete!
While I have worked in corporate America as a certified senior project / program / portfolio manager for Fortune 500 companies like Microsoft, Procter & Gamble & IBM, my passion is service. It has always been my desire to live a life of service to others; which I took every opportunity to explore as an active member of many of my church’s ministries and of my public service sorority, Delta Sigma Theta, Inc.

Hi Tara! Thank you for your transparency! Congratulations on your success! Praise God for YOUR HEALING! Sister, I pray for continued healing in your body! No weapons formed against you shall prosper! The DEVIL is a LIAR! You are healed by His Stripes. Trust and believe that! He will never leave you nor forsake you! Remember what He told you…that you are healed. He is not a man that He would lie! Our God is faithful and awesome! He is the same yesterday, today and forevermore. He is the Great I AM! He is who He says HE IS! Thank YOU LORD for YOUR WORD! Thank YOU LORD for dying on the cross for our sins! Thank YOU LORD because by YOUR STRIPES TARA IS HEALED! We have an expectancy that cancer will never return to her body! We declare and decree it! To God be the Glory! We thank You for YOUR Faithfulness, Your Love and Your will! In the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit! Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven! In the mighty Name of JESUS! AMEN! AMEN! AMEN!
Thank you Tara for sharing this beautiful testimony! There’s NOTHING our God cannot do!!!!!! He can do ALL things but fail!
