I would like to introduce you to a simple and effective daily habit that you can start along with our Sugar Detox. During the detox, this habit will help to cleanse and flush out the body of built up toxins. I strongly encourage you to continue this new habit every day whether you are performing a detox or not.

Warm Lemon Water
Drink your warm lemon water first thing in the morning, and make this a daily morning habit. Adopting this daily habit has amazing health benefits. Imagine getting sick less, feeling lighter, having regular eliminations, clearer skin, more energy and having a boost in your metabolism leading to weight loss over time. Drink up and enjoy your new morning ritual.

Ingredients (serves 1):

12 – 16 ounces water, warmed
½ lemon, juiced
⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper

Directions:
1. Boil 4 ounces of warm water in a pot over the stovetop or in an electric tea kettle, setting the rest aside.
2. After the water boils, pour it into a cup with the rest of the room temperature water.
3. Cut a lemon in half and squeeze it into the water.
4. Measure ⅛ teaspoon of cayenne pepper and sprinkle it into the water.
