During the month of February, I’ve decided to start drinking Apple Cider Vinegar or (ACV) every morning. You you are unsure about the benefit of ACV, or why one would want to drink it…. Some divas drink ACV directly without diluting, while others add lemon, and others just add water.
This recipe is a spicy wake me up that includes other benefits like metabolism increases from the Cayenne and Leveling of Sugar levels from the Cinnamon.

Since making the video above, I’ve tried another ACV cocktail, and this by far is my favorite!!! I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!!
- 4 oz of pure pineapple
- 1 TBSP Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 Tsp of local honey
- juice from 1/2 of lime
- Pour pineapple juice in the glass first
- Mix in ACV, Honey and lime juice
- Stir and drink
- My Gosh this is so good, I want to glasses! Drink early in the morning (upon waking) to wake your metabolism up!!
