Airfried Cajun Salmon

Ingredients

  • 5 ounces of Wild Caught or Responsibly Farmed Salmon with the Skin On
  • Chef Paul Prudhomme Magic Salmon Seasoning https://amzn.to/2GuUCk0

Instructions

  • Set your AirFyer to the "Fish" preset temperature. If there is none, use 400 degrees.
  • Season salmon generously on both sides (to taste)
  • Place your seasoned salmon in the pre-heated AirFyer skin side up (if you prefer crispy skin)
  • Allow to AirFry for the preset timing. If none, start with 12 minutes and increase by 1-2 minutes until cooked as desired.
  • Enjoy with your fav veggie and 1/2 cup of a healthy carb, so delicious!

Notes

I use Fresh Atlantic Salmon sold in Trader Joes (see video for pic)
Chef Paul's Seasoning is sold in grocery stores near the seafood department, but I buy on Amazon (https://amzn.to/2GuUCk0)
If salmon is not cooked throughly, allow to cook for 2-3 additional minutes as time truly depends on size of your airfryer. I personally use an InstaPot Airfryer oven (https://amzn.to/3nxSJa5)

Thanks for sharing this recipe video. I’ve been taking the skin off my salmon because it wasn’t crispy. Now I know. Thanks for sharing can’t wait to prepare my salmon this way. So simple and looks delicious. @coachtwy

This is absolutely going to be a staple in my diet! It is AMAZING. A must try! I paid this salmon with a mix of brown and wild rice tossed with cilantro, lime and a tiny bit of salt. SO flavorful!!
