Now wait a minute, sis, wow! How did it get to be Day 3 already? Time waits for NO ONE sisters. Please take advantage of this planning period and get your goals aligned with what’s possible in your schedule.

NOW. LET’S. TALK. MEAL. PLAN.

Listen diva, the first week of all of our challenges is a SUGAR DETOX!! Don’t be afraid sis, but if you have a Sugar addiction, your sweet tooth SHOULD BE!
Let me explain… the meal plan outlined in the book is the BEST SUGAR DETOX we have, hands down. If you follow that plan, as written, by the end of next week when you’re taking your after pics, you will see VISIBLE results!

But guess what? If your book has not arrived, we still have a plan for you to use until it does, so don’t worry sis. We’ve got you covered, and COVID Amazon Prime Shipping delays won’t stop us!

Why do a Sugar Detox? Detoxing will help you reverse the food addiction that’s brought on by the forces that turn sugar, salt and fat into drug-like foods that hook you with every bite! I mean urges that will have you hiding in the closet eating your snickers or chips so no one sees you!! Your cravings are raging for packaged and drive thru foods BY DESIGN, sis!  That was / is the food industry’s plan for us and our big bellies! Meal planning and detoxing during this 1st week will help you better organize and simplify your eating; taking you back to the basics. Listen, if you can trust the process and follow the plan Monday – Friday of next week, when you weigh on on Saturday, you will be in control, in awe, and READY to add more variety the following week!

DIVA ASSIGNMENT:

1. TAKE OUR SUGAR CRAVINGS TRIGGER ASSESSMENT (CLICK HERE) AND SHARE THE LAST SENTENCE OF THE ASSESSMENT WITH ME IN A COMMENT BELOW! HERE’S THE SENTENCE to complete… “According to my assessment, I am deficient in and need to improve the following ________________ , __________________, and
_________________.” If you completed this assessment last month or in a previous challenge, TAKE IT AGAIN, let’s see how or if things have changed sis!

2. READ PAGS 21 – 34 AND COMPLETE THE DIVA ASSIGNMENT ON PAGE 22. Post your personal meal plan and grocery list in the group tag me and your partner! 

PLEASE NOTE: pages 46 – 90 of your book have amazingly basic sugar detox protein and veggie prep tips and recipes! Learn new ways of preparing the basics of your sugar detox sis. Pick the recipes you are going to use, and pin that page, use a bookmark, dog ear it to save the spot. Based on the recipes you choose, write your meal plan and make your grocery list.

3. Now, if your book has not arrived by the end of Friday, please tag me in the group, and we can provide a meal plan for you. ONLY FOR THOSE WITHOUT BOOKS! If you have a book, see #2 above sis.

4. If you are still looking to have a partner this challenge (click here) and request a partner; or, if you already have a partner (click here) and tag your fit sister. Write your fit sister accountability partner’s name down on page 12 of your book. 

5. Come up with a team name for you and your partner. If you are challenging alone, you can come up with a solo motto!!  But wait, don’t share it yet… We will reveal our team names and mottos together soon!

6. Please, if you haven’t already, join our Private FB group created purely to support you this ENTIRE MONTH.  (CLICK HERE) to join us on FB. 

 7.     I am deficient in and need to improve Carbohydrates, Inflammation and Protein. My numbers were mainly 0 and I share this because up until February when I did the first challenge they were not; so Diva, you’ve got this and you will truly see a change in your desires and what you even want or like to eat 😊
