Breakfast: Egg Muffins
Snack: Carrot Cake Oatmeal
Lunch: Chicken & Cauliflower Fried “Rice”
Snack: Apple with organic all natural peanut butter dipping
Dinner: Baked Chicken with baked Brussels sprouts in 1 tsp. olive oil and 1/4 avocado
Tuesday and Thursday
Breakfast: Protein mix of choice with a banana and 2 tsp. almond butter
Snack: Berry Quinoa Parfait
Lunch: Baked Stuffed Sweet Potato (black beans, chicken, cilantro)
Snack: Carrots with Hummus
Dinner: Salmon and roasted Asparagus
