- 2 lbs of Lean Ground Chicken or Turkey
- 1/2 Tbsp of Rice Vinegar
- 1 1/2 Tbsp of Liquid Aminos or low sodium Soy Sauce
- 1 to 2 Tbsp of Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce or your favorite hot sauce
- 2 Tbsp chopped green onions
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh or dried cilantro
- I head of fresh butter or romaine lettuce
- 1 cup thinly sliced celery
- Brown ground chicken or turkey seasoned with pink himalayan salt, pepper, and garlic
- During the last minute of cooking add sliced celery
- Drain off fat
- Poor cooked meat into a large bowl
- Combine all of the other ingredients with cooked meat
- Spoon onto fresh butter or romaine lettuce leaves
- Serve immediately

The Spicy Lean Ground Turkey Wraps are super easy to make and very delicious. It fills you up and leaves you satisfied. This recipe will be a staple in my healthy eating/living.

I improvised the recipe by using ground lamb instead of turkey and I added yellow snack tomatoes! Yummmmm

This recipe is simple to fix and tastes great. I improvised by omitting the tomatoes and it still tastes so yummy. How can eating clean taste this good?! The meal is filling too!
