Spicy Lean Ground Turkey Lettuce Wraps

  1. 2 lbs of Lean Ground Chicken or Turkey
  2. 1/2 Tbsp of Rice Vinegar
  3. 1 1/2 Tbsp of Liquid Aminos or low sodium Soy Sauce
  4. 1 to 2 Tbsp of Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce or your favorite hot sauce
  5. 2 Tbsp chopped green onions
  6. 2 Tbsp chopped fresh or dried cilantro
  7. I head of fresh butter or romaine lettuce
  8. 1 cup thinly sliced celery
  1. Brown ground chicken or turkey seasoned with pink himalayan salt, pepper, and garlic
  2. During the last minute of cooking add sliced celery
  3. Drain off fat
  4. Poor cooked meat into a large bowl
  5. Combine all of the other ingredients with cooked meat
  6. Spoon onto fresh butter or romaine lettuce leaves
  7. Serve immediately
