I have created this 7 Day Challenge based on my own experience with eating meat free for 14 days a couple years ago. I felt lighter, had more energy, was more focused and I gave my GUT a well deserved rest from processing all that meat! I’m glad you’re here with me!

HOW TO GUARANTEE SUCCESS:
- Read and commit to doing your Easy Diva Task each of the 7 days! Don’t worry, it won’t be hard!
- Make time for yourself! Dedicate the Friday, Sept. 8th – Friday Sept. 15th to be all about YOU!!
- Get accountability partners! We have created a Facebook group, just for you! In there, you will have over 45 women doing this challenge along side you. Post in the group, ask for a partner, someone to hold you accountable for the next 7 days; or, just invite a friend to do it with you!

This section will showcase a diva who saw significant weight loss results by completing one or more of our 30 day challenges in 2017! These results are not based on being a vegetarian, but they are a result of our support and meal plans.
Be sure to read each section and follow any assignments that are provided in the EDUCATION NATION section!

I am so ready for I have been saying that I would like to see if I can like eating without meat. So used to fish and chicken and so it would be a nice change and maybe something my body needs to move that plateau. It will be interesting to see if my hubby likes it since he is a meat eater all day!!!! I believe my boys may enjoy it since they usually eat what mommy eats.
