How did you feel about your body and your fitness journey before Joining Fit, Fyne & Fabulous? *

I knew I was a little overweight just by the way my clothes were fitting and that I needed to do something about it, especially when I didn’t like the way I looked in some of my favorite outfits.

How many pounds and inches did you lose with FFF, and how do you feel about your body and your fitness journey now? *

I lost 7.4 pounds and 11.5 inches. I feel great. I can now wear my shirt tucked in and I’m able to get my belt in the 3rd hole.

What is your favorite NSV or Non Scale Victory? *

One of my favorite NSV was after a couple of weeks with FFF, my co-workers started to notice that I was losing weight, but what really stood out the most was when the elastic at the top of my undergarments stop rolling over & I was able to wear some of my favorite VS items.

What is your favorite clean eating recipe you’ve learned while being a part of FFF? *

My favorite clean eating recipe is the Apple Mug Breakfast because it is delicious, easy to make, and it doesn’t take a lot of time to prepare. I’m a person that doesn’t like to try new things but I actually enjoyed all the recipes that were provided to us.

What is your favorite fitness tip you’ve learned while being a part of FFF? *

I learned that weight loss is 80% of what you eat and 20% exercise. I did not work out as much as I should have but being consistent with drinking water, meal prep and following the meal plans provided helped me achieve my goal.

Is there anything you would like to share with women who are on the fence about starting their journey? Anything you would like to leave them with, a quote or any final words of motivation? *

Ladies, if you are looking for a way to invest in your weight loss journey or simply to eat healthier, please join FFF. I have made friendships with a group of great women that are very supportive of each other and are genuinely excited about losing weight and being healthy. You are not alone in the group. You are assigned a coach & partner that are there to encourage you every step of the way.
