Beverly has some words of advice she would like to share with you. Please read her comments below:

How did you feel about your body and your fitness journey before Joining Fit, Fyne & Fabulous? *
Before joining Fit, Fyne and Fabulous, I felt that my body was very unattractive and I didn’t feel good about myself. I previously tried Weight Watchers, 10 day smoothie cleanse but they were temporary fixes and when I stopped I put the weight right back on, plus some.
How many pounds and inches did you lose with FFF in 21 days, and how do you feel about your body and your fitness journey now? *
I have lost a total of 13 pounds to date and overall a total of 11 inches. I totally feel a lot better about my body and I feel attractive and mentally feel good about myself. I’m truly loving this journey and I am commitment to this lifestyle. I love the support and encouragement from everyone.
What is your favorite NSV or Non Scale Victory? *
My favorite non scale victory was being able to finally fit into my scrub top that I purchased for work, but unable to wear previously.
What is your favorite clean eating recipe you’ve learned while being a part of FFF? *
Anyone who knows me well, know I can be picky when it comes to food. BUT trying the various recipes showed me that there is a whole new world of foods, spices available. I have enjoyed all of the dishes so far. One of my favorites is the zoodles and meat sauce!
What is your favorite fitness tip you’ve learned while being a part of FFF? *
Favorite Fitness – Make the time and stop procrastinating!
Is there anything you would like to share with women who are on the fence about starting their journey? Anything you would like to leave them with, a quote or any final words of motivation? *
I highly encourage you to take the plunge and give it a try, you definitely will be glad you started the journey.

Favorite quote that I keep on my refrigerator. “Don’t be upset by the result you didn’t get with the work you didn’t do.”
