
Shrimp & Bacon Spaghetti Squash

Here is a recipe that I made up after seeing a similar recipe somewhere. It is tasty, full of flavor and FABulous at the same time.

Ingredients
- 1 Medium Spaghetti Squash
- 1lb of Raw Shrimp
- 2 slices of bacon (pork or turkey)
- 1 small shallot (chopped)
- Olive Oil
- Feta Crumbles (Low Fat)
- Baby Spinach (fresh)
- Low Sodium Chicken Broth
- Red Pepper Flakes
- Cilantro (fresh or dried)
- Pink Himalayan Salt
- Everything Spicy FlavorGod Seasoning (if you have)
- Parchment Paper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Cut squash in half and scoop out seeds
- Coat the inside of the squash with olive oil, salt and pepper
- Line cookie sheet with parchment paper and place the squash cut side down
- Put in the oven and bake until squash is soft (about 30 minutes)
- Chop bacon into slices (if using pork; trim excess fat off before chopping)
- Heat a skillet with a little olive oil to saute shallots and chopped bacon
- Add clean/peeled shrimp to skillet and cook along with the shallots and bacon
- Season shrimp with salt, pepper and FlavorGod seasoning
- Add baby spinach to the mix and cook down until tender
- Scrape cooled spaghetti squash out with a fork
- Add 1/2 cup of low sodium chicken broth to pan along with squash
- Add cilantro and red pepper flakes and let simmer for 5 minutes
- Plate your dish and sprinkle with feta cheese

Sooooo delicious. It has a smokey and seafood taste. Can’t quite describe it but it was delicious. It was so quick and easy to make. i used no-nitrate turkey bacon. I will be making this again.
